Since 2009 W&L DEUTSCHE TECHNOPLAST GmbH in Schwabach has been responsible for free-falling precision plastic components and innovative, highly flexible tool and mould production within the corporate family.

 
More than 80 committed and qualified employees are specialized in the customized manufacturing of products in any number of quantities, including manual assembly with small series as well as development and construction of fully automated high volume production systems, supplemented by the partial and final assembly of modules including the necessary and appropriate inspection equipment.
 

With a process chain being customized to meet customers’ demands, the plant in Schwabach in Middle Franconia is an ideal partner for complex new developments of products and applications - from the design to the delivery of plastic components in all batch sizes. Our capabilities include additional processing steps such as galvanizing or ultrasonic welding.
