We consider ourselves a system supplier for injection moulding of high performance thermoplastic materials, the accompanying tool and mould making plus as a specialist for automation, assembly, and inspection systems.

Our customers worldwide have benefited from our know-how and from the innovative strength of DEUTSCHE TECHNOPLAST for decades already. With our three locations, two in Germany and one in Malaysia, we cover high and highest quantities in the area of micro precision as well as free-falling high precision injection-moulded plastic components. In addition, we develop and provide, in close collaboration with our customers and suppliers, complete production and assembly systems.

We support our customers from the beginning; starting with the initial product idea, to the appropriate material selection, as well as component and tool layout, required by selected materials.

In accordance with the different requirements, the latest and most progressive manufacturing processes are included in the production with modern injection moulding facilities and self-developed production cells, e.g. production of metal-plastic hybrids for SMT packages (reel-to-reel technology), multi-component injection moulding (including MID components), thermoset processing; even ultrasonic welding, printing and metal coating.
When it comes to the finishing of our products we can revert to an effective pool of partners meeting our high quality standards.
